To our guests as an FYI - CABLE TV is so very expensive it is prohibitive
for us to provide their package.  We would have to increase our rates
over 15% just for that feature.  We think most folks prefer to have us
hold our rates as much as possible and skip Comcast which raises rates
just about every year significantly.
