On a typical day, year round you
will enjoy robins and other feathered creatures
nesting. Our resident grey squirrel - a very curious and busy park pet - may run
across your path. Watch this talented
acrobat
with his top rail running, impressive balancing acts; hopping
and scampering across wide expanses of
carefully trimmed grass, lawn furniture and
foliage.
Ours is a small park of 19 stalls. We have
a several 50 AMP service stalls and all
sites have 30 AMP electrical service.
We can accommodate units up to 40 feet and those with
pull out/slide outs on both sides. We have NO
pull through stalls. Usually you
can park in front of your RV. However, if your
unit is too long to allow this, there is additional
vehicle space very
close by and visible from all stalls.
Our
2007 Rates vary by the number of people in
the RV. The rate for One or Two people -
for a 30 AMP stall is $45.00 + .0861% tax.
For your information, RV Parks in the Spokane
area must charge 10.6% sales tax if they have 40
or more sites. We have only 19 sites and
therefore can charge the lesser rate. If
available and requested, 50 AMP stalls are
charged daily an extra fee of $5.00 + tax. If you
have more than two people, add $5.00 per extra
person to the base rate of $45.00. We do have a
'monthly' no lease rate, check with the desk
clerk when
you call. This rate is our lowest when
paid in advance/upon arrival. We do have
"weekly" rates that save some. Our GOOD
SAM discount is applicable to the DAILY rate
only - this is by contract with Good Sam.
When
using our phone system, you may use your own phone company calling card or any credit
card; MC, VISA, American Express, and
Diners/CB. We have no charge for
interconnect or charging calls to your card.
There is no charge for using an 800 number.
However, the phone company levies an $.85 charge for
information (411) or (911).
Our secure RV Park has one entrance through the
motel property off Sprague Avenue and the entire
perimeter is fenced with six foot cyclone. All
gates are kept locked and the premises are
patrolled frequently. We have had no vandalism
or intruders as we take care to control access
through the motel driveway. Our residential area
consists of modest homes and apartments.
We are a close community. Our
water is from the Carnhope Irrigation District
and the park owner has served on
the water board for the past thirteen years, for
eight years he served as Vice Chair. Our water
quality is excellent. It comes from our
natural aquifer (40' beneath ground surface) and
serves 450 homes in the immediate area as well
as McDonalds, several businesses and two large
apartment complexes in the district. Water
quality is monitored routinely both by the
District and Spokane County Health to assure
it's safe to drink. Our district does not
input chlorine unless there is construction
underway but is equipped to charge the system
immediately if necessary. As our patrons prefer
no chlorine, it is used only when necessary to
assure there be no accidental contamination.
If you want to be close to the city of Spokane's
city center (downtown), the Spokane
County Fair & Expo Center with many consumer
shows throughout the year and home of the
"Interstate Fair" every September, Avista Ball
Park (home of the Spokane Indians),
the Park Lane RV Park is your best bet.
We are in the center of the entire valley.
We
are recommended by
the Spokane Convention & Visitors Bureau,
the Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce and the
Spokane Valley Business Association
as well as our many guests who return
year after year. Ours is an island of
tranquility in the hub of the great Spokane
Valley.
